Student Tax Advice

If you are an international student and leave the UK part way through the tax year you may be entitled to claim a tax refund.

The amount of your tax refund will depend on how much you have earned and how much you paid in tax during the year.

When you finish working you will be given a P45, when you have this you can claim your tax refund by sending your P45, a P85 a P86 and a P91 to your local tax office with a covering letter detailing your claim.
